Hi Spencer,You never stayed at our property and were only upset bc our cancellation policy had to be uphold.We know you were upset but we even tried to help you by offering you a refund on the condition we receive a new reservation replacing yours and you agreed to this. Unfortunately we did not receive a replacement reservation. This review is unmerited and very unjust as we work very hard to make sure our guests are happy.

Hi we are sad to see this. We do have free parking at our place. We apologize for were smell we have a strict no smoking policy and we follow this extremely and make sure to end this immediately if it is the case. With that said it is difficult to control some guests but do know we did contact that guests to stop.
