"No room service when we were out for the day and stayed 2 nights (left at 10:00am and got back at 3:30pm). Very limited amenities, no restaurant downstairs was closed for construction, bathroom door didn’t close properly, hand prints and mysterious drips/ broken light fixtures/ buttons not working ..."
