The room was good and check in /out was easy. We drove there and when we arrived the bellman immediately said “we will not park your car here, go find somewhere else to park.” I chose this hotel because of the fact that they had hotel parking. This was a HUGE disappointment and was a really bad and frustrating way to start the experience. So just be aware. You are responsible for finding long term parking somewhere in the city.
