Two semi-detached houses at 450 meters from the sea, within walking distance, in Cinquale, a few steps from Forte dei Marmi.

The villas are newly built using quality materials.
These are two-family portions that can be joined together with a gate in the garden if necessary.

Each unit has a private garden of about 50-70 sqm with parking space behind an automatic gate.

Coverable terrace with outdoor sofas and another outdoor dining area.

Great modern house close to the beach. Nice terrace. Very friendly and helpful host! We enjoyed our stay. Good restaurants and Forte dei Marmi nearby. Parking place was very practical. Only two little things: the mattress was not so comfortable for us and some things to clean the dishes were missing. Beneath that the house was very well equipped and we had a good time. Thanks so much for your friendly support, Rosella!

Schöne Unterkunft mit Geschäften und Restaurants in der Nähe. Die Terrasse ist prima, wir haben immer draußen gegessen. Sehr positiv ist auch der Stellplatz direkt im Vorgarten. Rosella ist eine sehr nette und bemühte Gastgeberin. Gerne wieder.

Neues modernes Haus, gut Ausgestattet, gute Klimaanlage, schöner Außenbereich Parkmöglichkeit am Grundstück, einige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf zu Fuß zu erreichen, Fahrrad Vermietung direkt gegenüber alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt.
