"A l’occasion des 50 ans de mon père, j’ai décidé de lui organiser un anniversaire surprise. La mauvaise surprise était sans aucun doute le lieu. "We enjoyed our holiday however should point out to you a few issues we had with the arrival arrangements and the property itself. We received our departure information on the Monday 6th June, only 4 days before leaving home. This was too close to our departure. We received another email on 8th mentioning with a code for the key safe in case the Host, Angele couldn't meet us. At no point were we told that she would not be there. The code given was wrong and we received another email 2 days...

"What a lovely hotel this is! Our guest room was a very nice size, clean and comfortable. I loved the shower, and the extra soft, plush bathrobes. We enjoyed relaxing on the rooftop patio after a day of sightseeing. There is also an intimate bar in the basement. I cannot emphasize how kind, helpful and very hardworking the entire staff was. We found it hard to leave this hotel. Absolutely loved it. One thing I will mention, not all guest rooms are accessible by elevator. If you are unable to manage stairs, you may want to specifically request that."

"I didn’t like the fact that reception is closed at 6 o’clock and being in a hotel I would have thought it would’ve been open longer. The bedrooms were tired and bathrooms could’ve done with decorating, Breakfast was very poor cost us €60 for two adults two small children had to ask for bread,butter,plates, coffee apple juice and milk was in cartons there was three pieces of streaky bacon well done and the scrambled egg have been in there for God knows how long.We was only allowed one hot chocolate as they run out, really😏 we’re talking about an Auberge on a Saturday morning and to be fair it was practically empty. we didn’t have a second breakfast there.
