Le Coq De Champagne is a 60 m² holiday home in Dormans with beautiful mountain views. The semi open-plan layout features a queen-size bed and a sofa bed in a spacious room, an open kitchen, a bathroom, and separate toilet, comfortably sleeping up to 4 guests. Enjoy Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for remote work, a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning, a washing machine, as well as books and games. Step outside to your private 30 m² veranda, garden, and a covered parking space.



From January 5th to February 13th, a premium hot tub with powerful hydrojets is installed under the veranda. A plancha grill is available for outdoor meals beneath the veranda.



Nearby, you’ll find a tennis court, golf course, and kayaking about 15 minutes away. Hiking trails start right outside the property. The Marne riverbanks, known for fishing, are a 5-minute drive. Set on a hill, the house offers panoramic views—perfect for enjoying nature and tranquility. One pet is allowed. Smoking and events are not permitted. Self check-in makes arrival easy. Shuttle service to the train station is available for an extra fee.

J'avais loué cette maison dans le cadre de mon travail. Proximité de la ville 3 minutes en voiture du centre. Très belle maison pratique d'utilisation il y a tout on ne manque de rien très belle terrasse au calme merci aux propriétaires.
