"Great location close to the old center of town. Beautiful hotel and interior courtyards. However, the staff were young and inexperienced and appear to need more guidance - both coffee machines in the breakfast room did not work for over 30 minutes. Dirty coffee cups were left on counters in the hallways. "Friendly & modern reception, Budget rooms within a separate detached building, which were clean, with the car park alongside, plenty of onsite spaces, but not secure. Rooms modern & tidy, had a modular shower unit which worked fine, but overall bathroom looked a little tired, door to was a bi-fold, stiff to operate & rather squeaky, which could be slightly disturbing to many late at night."
