"Nuestra estadía en el Hotel Plage fue regular. El personal fue amable y la ubicación puede resultar conveniente para algunos visitantes. Sin embargo, entendemos que hay varios aspectos que podrían mejorar para ofrecer una experiencia más cómoda a los huéspedes. La limpieza de la habitación no fue la esperada, especialmente las sábanas, ya que se notaban bastante viejas y desgastadas. Además, durante varios días de estadía no se nos ofreció cambio ni suministro adicional de toallas, lo cual entendemos es importante para la comodidad del huésped. Por otra parte, el desayuno estaba incluido, lo cual se agradece, pero todos los días ofrecían exactamente las mismas opciones sin ninguna variedad. Esperamos que estos comentarios sean tomados de manera constructiva para continuar mejorando el servicio y la experiencia de futuros visitantes."

"This hotel had everything we needed. The shuttle was quick, easy, and ran on time. The breakfast buffet was good and included, with a nice variety. We didn’t use the pool as the weather was cool. Would stay again."

"Hot water took a long time to partially warm up and then cooled back, AC was dated and noisy, bed sheets were minimal. Otherwise staff was helpful, room was clean, food was good, and transportation to and from the airport was very efficient."

"the hotel is in a great location near major attractions by walking. the staff is very friendly, professional, attentive, kind. Amazing customer service. my family stayed on the superior room, it was big, clean, 2 baths, kitchen with major appliances, air conditioning was working, the pool was clean and warm. the breakfast is unbelievable delicious. The three young front desk personnel were really helpful and definitely we will come back. highly recommend."

"The staff was super helpful and the hotel was very clean and beautiful. The breakfast was excellent. Valet parking was included and was very convenient. The location was right in downtown and had easy access to food, shopping, and tourist spots."

" This hotel had many wonderful reviews, which is why my boyfriend and I decided to stay here. Unfortunately, our experience was not what we expected. When we first entered the room, we immediately noticed several issues. The air conditioner was leaking water onto the floor, the restroom had no fan, and there were no small towels for bathing. The room itself was also very small. Another inconvenience was that there was no iron in the room—the iron and ironing board are located on the 10th floor, and you must request a special key from the front desk because your room key does not allow access. The shower also did not appear very clean. Housekeeping was another problem. We requested that our room be cleaned, but it was not cleaned for several days after the request. We also asked for additional towels and were told they would be placed in our room, but we never received them. During our trip I unfortunately missed my flight, so my boyfriend extended our stay. However, the extension was never updated in the hotel’s system. Our room key suddenly stopped working, and when I went to the front desk they said they had no record of us staying there. Even after showing receipts and booking confirmations, they couldn’t locate it. After about 45 minutes they finally fixed the issue and gave me a new key. Later that night, while I was alone in the room, I heard repeated knocking around 11 PM. When I asked who it was, there was no response. The knocking continued until after midnight."
