Front desk wasn’t the best- the short Hispanic girl in front wouldn’t honor my free room upgrade and just giggled when I asked her when I asked about room upgrades as a platinum member. She said it’s whenever they have room, mind you I was there off season on a Sunday and the parking lot was empty. Expect more from a five star property to be honest. "
