The family owners went out of their way to help is get situated and gave us good points of interest to checkout. The food at their restaurant was excellent-duck /trufflr pici. The only negative was a hard mattress

Our experience at Nobile was wonderful!!! Hertz rental car company absolutely dropped the ball on us and made us stranded in Florence. We had to take a last minute train ride to Montepulciano and Andrea was able to send a shuttle at the last minute notice to pick us up at the train station. Andrea was always solution oriented and very pleasant to work with. The food at the restaurant was amazing so we ate dinner there three nights in a row. Overall fantastic experience!

The owner greeted us upon arrival at this charming villa. He showed us around and explained how everything worked. The meals were awesome and the staff were very accommodating. There was a free shuttle service to town an Andrea always had some excellent tips of what to see. We loved our stay 😊😊🍷

Nobile treats all guests like Royalty

If I could rate it higher I would. Great location, charming setting, fabulous restaurant- and then there is Andrea. He is the reception - the concierge - the maître de - and the shuttle driver. Seriously he made everything perfect and was so caring in wanting your stay to be the best. Having a shuttle service into Montepulciano and its proximate area was fantastic for wine tastings and dinner. I repeat though the restaurant there is as good of food as I’ve eaten in 3 weeks in Italy

The Best Place to Stay at Montepulcciano!

I arrived to Agriturismo Nobile with my husband Andre my two teenager daughters, we could not have been more delighted with the beauty of the place. From the first second, Michelle and his cousin got we’re wonderful, the house was simply perfect, the view, the space, the details in the rooms, was exactly what we were looking forward. They have a nice swimming pool which works when the spring season is in due to the weather. You can have breakfast and dinner at the Agriturismo, the food is home made and excellent, of course the wine was just amazing! They do have a shuttle that takes you anytime you required to Montepulcciano city, and they pick you up anytime you call them back. It Ian really near, no more tha 3-5 minutes. Don’t miss the church of Saint Biagio, is very beautiful. You can visit a cheese factory and as well several wine producers, the town is magically charming. Thanks to Michele and family for making our stay absolutely perfect.

Agriturismo Nobile was our favorite of accommodations during our 12 days in Florence and Tuscany for the 3 of us traveling companions. It is a working vineyard with the farmhouse and other buildings renovated as a hotel and rental apartments. The property looks out over the vineyards with Montepulciano’s old city on the hill within view. Our 2 bedroom apartment (Il Podere) was delightful and well-kept with a small kitchen, dining table, living room, patio and one bathroom with a shower. The large pool was just steps away beyond a gate. We enjoyed the short walk to the main hotel and restaurant building for daily breakfast buffet (very good) and 2 excellent gourmet dinners during our 3 night stay. We were shuttled by car to and from the old city whenever we wanted to explore the historic sights. We were happy to balance sightseeing with relaxation at Agriturismo Nobile. I would highly recommend it for a holiday. Our only drawback was that we didn’t have a car and getting a taxi from the train station took some effort. Upon departure, the owner helped us by contacting a friend with a taxi who was willing to drive us to our next destination, 1.5 hours away, so we were able to avoid the two train connections plus taxi to our hotel on the other end. There is plenty of free parking at Agriturismo Nobile if you have a car.

Lovely place in montepulciano, a few apartments close to a pool with wonderful views. Staff were very friendly and helpful . The free shuttle up to the village was fantastic- we used it a lot ! Lots of places to see close by . Great stay .

Best stay of our lives

I cannot recommend this place enough. This place was absolutely PERFECT. We wanted to visit Tuscany but without renting a car. We found Montepulciano to be a great place to stay for few days as they had ok public transportation, it is a historical town, other towns are near by with busand vineyards within close distance (bus/walk). One of the reason booking this place was the free shuttle service to the town, and that was just great and essential for our trip. Andrea would drive us or pick us up whenever, always within 5 minutes. The property was like a dream. We stayed 3 nights at "La Loggia", with the magical balcony towards the view of town. It was clean, no AC was needed in September but still very comfortable temperature. They had a vineyard at the property, which made the view even more magical. Andrea and all other staff was so friendly and helpful. They also helped to book restaurants and other transportation. They were simple the best people I've encountered during my 1w Italian trip. I would have stayed there for months if I had the opportunity, 3 nights was just not enough 😄

Wonderful stay

The hospitality and service of Andrea and his nephew Stephan was outstanding. All other staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good with a variety of choices and dinners in the restaurant were delicious and competitively priced. Beautiful views of Montepeuciano. The property ground is well designed with olive trees and vineyards. We actually saw bunches of grapes on the vines ready for harvesting. Wonderful place to stay, free parking and a shuttle service to Montepulciano. Wished we had more than 4 nights to enjoy our stay.
