"I found this to be a traditional Chambre d'HĆ“te, where you don't feel you are in a hotel but rather a guest in the house of the owners. My room was comfortable and quiet, the breakfasts were very good, and the hosts were welcoming. What more do you need? The house is about a 10-minute walk from Gaillac across the river. It is also a fairly short drive into Albi, which is a small city that is well worth exploring."

"This place is absolutely delightful. Such an amazing location and very unique. The hosts are so helpful and the breakfast in the gardens is wonderful. A couple of things to note, there are many stairs and a hill to access (on narrow roads) and if you're used to air conditioning for the summer heat, be aware as there is a ceiling fan only. It was a fabulous, relaxing stay."

"Restful riverside setting on edge of town with excellent pool and gym amenities. Mediocre breakfast offering overpriced. No warm Food offered. Dinner menu suggests focus on ease of service rather than gastronomy as advertised. Extensive grounds with pools benches and features largely ā€œlet goā€. Probably hard to get the right staffing balance with just 20 rooms and restaurant competition drawing residents in to city? Staff present having to cover a lot of bases in bursts which they do with grace."
