"Lovely hotel, well within walking distance to Vicenza centre. The room was lovely and clean, it overlooked the train station and the car park but the room was really quiet. Breakfast was good. The lady with blonde hair that was working in reception at check in was excellent! Absolutely first class service and she could not have done any more to help. Fantastic service with a smile. I will definitely stay here again. "

"The breakfast selection was very limited. I had the impression that the room we were given was for second-class guests. The entrance was on the side, in the part where the hotel staff also lived. A bonus was the daily room cleaning and free parking. Finally, an unpleasant surprise, when paying for our stay at the hotel, the receptionist added city tax to the price, something no one had mentioned before."

"I booked a Tuesday night through this site. It failed to mention that the hotel is closed on Tuesdays. Just a receptionist. At least there was breakfast, which i had doubts about. I also got to see the rest of the hotel just before leaving. Fantastic location, clean, modern hotel. Just don't stay Tuesdays."

"We booked this hotel last minute after a disappointing Airbnb experience in downtown Vicenza, and it turned out to be a solid choice. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and while the Wi-Fi was quite weak, everything else was pleasant. Breakfast was decent to good. The location is a bit outside the old town, but it’s a nice walk. Parking can be tricky once the few available spots fill up. A fun bonus: it’s right next to the stadium where the legendary Paolo Rossi began his career."

"Well, we really wanted to like it. Very clean. The doors don’t bolt lock. House keepers come in anytime they want, even with do not disturb. Nice front desk ladies. Over all, pretty miserable time due to all of their events. Every night was loud music, till 2am or partygoers in hallways, or believe it or not fireworks going off. Hotels seems to care more about the events they are doing than the people that stay there. Would not recommend unless you want to host a party. "
