The owner was present and actively involved in managing the hotel. Desk personnel were multi-lingual and very helpful. The buffet breakfast included eggs, bacon, assorted breads, rolls, and cereals. Great location, easy walk into historical town, easy commute into Venice or Milan. Room was clean and comfortable with good shower all at very reasonable price.

Close to the historical center

We stayed there to attend a concert at Piazza di Signoria, which is within walking distance. The room was clean, comfortable, and the staff was helpful and nice. Breakfast was good, and the car park was very convenient for us. I would stay there again.

Nice hotel

Hotel was very welcoming and a friendly enviroment. Only thing that bothered me a little was the pillows provided as they were too flat but that was a minor inconvenience.

Good for a 3 star hotel

Friendly and helpful staff allowed us to check in early. Excellent location, very quiet and close to all amenities. The breakfast was ok and a bit lacking. The bread was not fresh and reheated from the day before, otherwise options were reasonable. There wasn't a kettle in the room but the staff were accommodating and loaned us one for our two night stay which was appreciated. Emails were replied replied, which sometimes doesnt happen in European hotels.We would stay here again.

Great!

Vicenza is now one of my favorite towns in Italy! Hotel is just outside of the Old Town area and they were very helpful. There's even a pastry shop across the street where I had wonderful coffee and a fabulous croissant.... both mornings!
