Excellent hotel à proximité de Venise

La chambre est très grande. Elle a un style un peu vieillot mais en très bon état. Le petit déjeuner pour 5€ est aussi très bien.

Rapporto qualitá/prezzo buono, colazione prenotata e pagata sul posto a 5 € a persona non male, camera spaziosa ma assolutamente bisognosa di una ristrutturazione, oltre che esageratamente usurata sembra un salto indietro di 30 anni, zona piuttosto bruttina di periferia, comunque soluzione accettabile per una notte.

Bon hôtel, agréable séjour. Petit point d'amélioration : mettre un réceptionniste, car on pouvait en trouver un que l'après-midi entre une certaine heure bien précise. Un peu compliqué lorsqu'on souhaite des renseignements rapides. Sinon très bon hôtel et femme de chambre adorable.

Nice stay in Vicenza

The hotel was nice overall. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bathroom has plenty of space and the shower is a good size. The room was serviced and cleaned every day. Breakfast was a great deal at only 5 euro per day. Only issue I had was that I hardly ever saw anyone at the front desk. In fact, when I arrived there Sunday around 6pm, the front door was locked and nobody was at the front desk. I had to call their number and they remotely let me in. They left my room key in an envelope on the front desk. There is a great restaurant right in front of the hotel. There is also a small shopping center with a grocery store right across the street.

The hotel is old and so are all their furniture and electronics. The wifi does not work and when it does it’s poor quality before it goes away a minute later. The Red head at the front desk is super rude and has zero customer service skills. She makes faces and just says no, maybe because I’m a foreigner… Now the good things, the breakfast service is great, the two ladies were very nice and helpful when I wanted to make popcorn for my 3 year old. We were here for the jewelry show and def won’t be staying here next year..
