"Amamos o hotel! Reuniu o que queríamos, em frente ao mar, uma praia que criança consegue brincar quando está secando ficam piscinas naturais. Meus filhos aproveitaram MUITO! "Durante nossa hospedagem no quarto 408, enfrentamos os seguintes problemas: * Indisponibilidade da internet; * Entupimento da pia do banheiro; * Falhas no funcionamento da televisão; * Problemas no ar-condicionado. Embora essas ocorrências tenham sido comunicadas diversas vezes à recepção, parte delas permaneceu sem solução por vários dias. No quarto dia de estadia, foi oferecida a transferência para outro quarto, sob a informação de que seríamos avisados assim que a acomodação estivesse pronta após a limpeza. Entretanto, aguardamos mais de cinco horas sem retorno adequado e recebemos informações inconsistentes, o que nos obrigou a procurar esclarecimentos repetidamente na recepção. A nova acomodação só foi disponibilizada por volta das 14h30, após o registro formal de nossa insatisfação junto à direção do hotel. Até então, não houve explicações claras sobre a demora nem previsão confiável para a transferência. Nesse intervalo, ficamos sem acesso a qualquer quarto, pois já havíamos desocupado a acomodação anterior e ainda não tínhamos recebido a nova. Embora imprevistos técnicos e operacionais possam ocorrer, o principal problema foi a falta de transparência e de comunicação adequada durante todo o processo. Como consequência, perdemos uma parte significativa de um dia de férias aguardando informações que poderiam ter sido fornecidas de forma clara e objetiva."

Decent breakfast. The only downside że was a strong smell of cooking early in the morning in our room."

"The room was large but lack details such as a proper wardrobe with draws to allow you to unpack your bags. The selling approach was annoying (offering "benefits" in exchange of time to listen to sales pitch). All very confuse and embarrassing. Restaurant food not great and breakfast not to the level I would expect. Staff is very friendly and normally very pro-active. Hotel app not helpful for order room service. Long time spent during check-out."

"Very bad condition very dirty. The refrigerator was not working, tv wasn’t working. Dirty bed sheets with dried blood stained, the toilet seat all yellow and stained. Roaches under the bed. Was not clean at all. Nothing was working and place was dirty. Not worth the price I paid for definitely was a bad experience. Not coming back again. "

"A Dream Getaway at Ocean Palace Resort! I can't say enough amazing things about our stay at Ocean Palace Resort in Natal! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and breathtaking views of the ocean. The location is simply unbeatable—right on the stunning Via Costeira with direct access to the beach and minutes from Ponta Negra. The resort itself is gorgeous, with beautifully maintained pools, lush tropical landscaping, and plenty of space to relax. Our room was spacious, spotless, and had an incredible view of the ocean—waking up to that sunrise every morning was pure magic. What really stood out was the service. Every staff member we interacted with was kind, professional, and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The food was also exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious local and international dishes served fresh every day. One of the highlights of our trip was getting our photos taken with Viva Photos—they were incredible! The team was professional, creative, and made the whole experience fun and memorable. The photos turned out absolutely beautiful and are now some of our favorite keepsakes from the trip. Whether you're looking to unwind by the pool, indulge in the spa, or explore the vibrant culture of Natal, Ocean Palace is the perfect base. This place exceeded all expectations—we’ll definitely be coming back! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a luxurious, relaxing, and unforgettable escape in Brazil!"
