"A great base for ski- in and out with friendly staff and good food. Only negative was the dining arrangements which might be helped by allocating room numbers to tables as experienced in other hotels, and to have 2 set sittings to regulate and accommodate groups and the noise!"

Bout St. Maurice is a ski town in the winter and a hiking/ biking town in the summer.My wife says this is one of the best areas we have ever seen and thinks the motel is the best as well. "WARNUNG: Dieses Hotel nicht benutzen, wenn Sie mit einer BMW 1250 GS reisen!!! Das Hotel selbst war sauber und das Personal freundlich genug, aber die Dusche war extrem alt, klein und verschimmelt. Außerdem konnte das Badezimmerfenster nicht geöffnet werden, um zu lüften, da das Waschbecken im Weg war. Es gab zudem keine Möglichkeit, das Fenster für Privatsphäre zu verdecken. Bei der Ankunft haben wir ausdrücklich gefragt, ob wir unsere drei Motorräder abseits der Straße parken können. Uns wurde...

The hotel manager Julie had offered her sincere help for our logistics to hotel and even we arrived late at hotel, the restaurant manager was provided us a warm welcome with delicious dishes after our long hours drive. The restaurant food and suna is amazing. The staff attitude to help and think for their customers are much appreciated "

Quick to the train station, only a few minutes away and not far from the funicular (which, if you're skiing runs before the ski lifts so from the hotel you can still get first lifts onto your mountain). "I found this property to be lovely spot to stay with lovely design and very convenient. The food was okay, not great for the cost with breakfast buffet being mostly cold (as in eggs, bacon, pancakes). To be honest I found most of the staff to be unfriendly bordering on almost rude, it was always as though you were an unwelcomed inconvenience."

"Our flight arrived late. We tried calling the hotel several times to let them know we would arrive after 11pm. There was no answer. Upon arrival just after midnight, there was no lights on outdoors or indoors. It was very dark. I rang the bell/intercom, it answered and said leave a message. I ended up sleeping in my car infront the hotel. When it got light I checked and again nobody was in the reception. At 745am somebody opened the door, I asked he if worked there he said no, he hasn't seen...
