"Stayed in Room #101 in June 2026. Due to flight & traffic delays (thank you, FIFA), I couldn't make it to the property until nearly midnight. Front office guy (Sadik?) stayed a FEW hours past his usual time so that I could check into my room. He was AMAZING! Many reviewers complain about the minimalist decor of the rooms but it was exactly what I needed! No TV. No alarm clock. PERFECT ocean view. Good WIFI when I needed it. The mattress, pillows & linens were the best I've ever experienced. I'm a "room snob" accustomed to paying at least $1000/night for a room. I've never slept in a more comfortable bed than the one at Marram Montauk! I've already ordered the mattress & linens for my own home. If you need lots of tech for your vacation, this is not the place for you. The surroundings are small-town precious and the views can't be beat. I love this place and can't wait to go back!"

The beach decor puts any vacationer in a beach and surf frame of mind. My wife and I had a most relaxing vacation on the beach sunning, swimming, and reading a good book. Can’t wait until next year."

"The house was beautiful! We loved the way it was decorated, and the backyard was gorgeous. Pool was perfect as well as jacuzzi. Outdoor shower was the best. We enjoyed all of the amenities. My whole family ranging from my 2 kids ages 12 and 14, all the way to my mom who is 89. Hope to visit again next summer."

We had a beautiful view as well as gorgeous sunsets from the decks. The host, Christine, was very nice and accommodating. Answered all my questions in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this house for a vacation rental. Hope to rent it again in the future."
