"Great staff, good breakfast, very close to the highway."

"Check-in was a struggle as the prepayment wasn't correctly processed. The automated system wouldn't allow me to check in. Thankfully, the receptionist did eventually show up. Receptionist was polite and amiable. There weren't any towels supplied in the room. Thankfully again, I had my own travel towel. Room was comfortable."

"I don’t recommend this place. Bed was just a thin futon on top of a wooden platform. It was not a mattress! Room is very small. Bathroom was super tiny with barely room to comfortably use the toilet. Towels were so thin and worn. This is more in line with Super 8 Motel. It is not a hotel by any standards."

Bernard and Ignacio are excellent hosts who have done a tremendous job in repairing and restoring this beautiful Chateau. Breakfast was superb and the view of Mt St Michel is extraordinary. "Great place for the price. Location is very good for beach activities. The restaurant and service were excellent. Typical tiny European room, but very nicely done, and with clean modern bathroom. Only negatives, the mattress and pillows were softer than we like, and the meat delivery to the butcher shop across the street at 5am. Not the hotel's fault, just an FYI. "

"It was really nice. The thalasdo pool area is lovely. The down side is if you dontbprebook you may not get in the restaurant and have to go into Granville to eat"

"The hotel is in a wonderful old mansion, in the countryside outside of Mont St. Michel. It's easy to get to. There are restaurant options a short drive away - about 10 minutes for the closest. The suite we stayed had a newly renovated bathroom and plenty of hot water. The grounds are very nice. Hopefully the grand balconies in the rear of the hotel will be open for use in the near future. It would make the stay excellent. Check-in is late, but if you are visiting Mont Saint Michel for the day,...

"We had an amazing time at Château La Rametière. The place is stunning — beautifully restored, full of character, and super cozy. The hosts made us feel really welcome, and the breakfast was honestly one of the best we’ve had. It’s such a peaceful spot, perfect for relaxing. Would definitely come back!"
