"We had a lovely two night stay here. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. We planned to take a train to Ragusa and they took us to the train. Parking even our tiny car was a challenge due to the narrow street, but two of the staff arrived almost simultaneously and got us parked with ease. Superior service continued with each member of the staff and management, making our stay easy and most enjoyable. A part of what made the service so exemplary was the positively delightful friendly demeanor of them all. A special nod to Ermina at the front desk, for making us feel as if she were welcoming us into her home. Luca at the front desk was extremely helpful and accommodating for our every need. Each day started in the most upbeat and uplifting way as we were greeted each morning by Luisa. She is the embodiment of a genuine warm soul. But the accommodations were wonderful as well, we enjoyed our room very much. I truly hated to leave."
