1- J'aurais aimé recevoir mon code d'accès à la proriété au moins 3 jours avant de partir de ma résidence et non 3heures avant l'arrivée au chalet. Ma famille et moi sommes arrivés au Golf Le Diable à 8:30 Am pour y jouer une partie de golf. Mon telephone n'était pas figurer avec le WIFI du Golf La Bête donc je ne pouvais pas prendre messages.Ce qui nous a causé beaucoup de stress, car je ne pouvais vous joindre par courriel et encore moins par télephone. Heureusement mon fils a réussi à vous contacter; sinon nous n'aurionbs pas été cable d'accéder au chalet. 2- Le chalet était propre et confortable malgré le manque de climatisation le jour. 3- Pourquoi ne pas m'avoir envoyé mon cose d'accès au moment de ma réservation soit le 21 Avril ,2025 ; celà nous aurait causé moins de stress et permis d'apprécié d'avntage nos vaacances.
