"Everything was great, only expected a patio. Not all the rooms have them. The lockers were amazing, parking was excellent. Accessed the lifts out the door and maybe 40 metres. Perfect!"

"Chambre magnifique et très propre. Personnel chaleureux et à l'écoute. Un panneau de rideau s'était détaché, mais le service d'entretien l'a rapidement réparé. Seul bémol : une coupure d'eau chaude d'environ une heure qui a quelque peu perturbé notre confort."

"Property is rundown. Rooms were clean. We had an issue with an upgrade from a double room to a two bedroom suite. Management staff didn’t try to help while IHG made a mistake. Cost us 300$ more than what was advertised, manager didn’t help. Overall very disappointing, we could have stayed across the street, on the sunny side. This is what we’ll do next time. Shame on you for trying to make me believe you have no control over the rates. This is bullcrap. Breakfast was good."

"Beautiful hotel, right in downtown Mont Tremblant. Staff is wonderful, and attentive. Rooms are spacious, clean, and have a large fireplace. You do not even feel like you are in a hotel, you feel like you are in a cottage in the woods."

"Hotel and staff are wonderful. My only disappointment is that the hotel doesn't offer king size beds in any of their rooms. "
