"Lovely staff- kind, very polite and attentive. Spa was a bit of a disappointment,- dry sauna not hot enough, pool has no jets; often with lots of kids playing and screaming loudly in the pool. Not the best during relaxation. "

Decent size desk. Very comfortable beds with huge pillow and headboard designed to make it comfortable to sit in bed, in addition to regular pillows and bedding. Delightful staff. Attractive dining room. Good breakfast and very responsive servers. Definitely a winner."

"We arrived at 730am and requested if we can check in earlier. We were told a code will be sent to my email by 4pm but it never came. So we went back to the front desk and informed them. A very rude receptionist told my husband, it’s sent by their system and just wait. We have waited for almost 8hrs already and this is totally unacceptable. To our disgust, we left and I reported to Expedia right away. Now the hotel is claiming code was sent. Again we never received it! We are demanding a refund."
