This is really one of the worst places i have ever been. Poorly managed, unfriendly and unhelpful staff, terrible communication. I find it shocking that a property like this can exist and be offered on Expedia. Strongly recommend delisting from the platform and for people looking at it to avoid at any cost.

Appartement with health warning

Filthy apartment. Beds covered in dark disposable sheets and pillow cases(not tone removed)with a view to putting ordered bedding on top! Dark bedding covered in hair and stains. Bathroom edges covers in mold. Every thing one touches feels dirty. This apartment is a health hazard. I left hours after I checked in and went to a hotel. I expect to be reimbursed or I will never use Hotel.com ever again. I sent photos to the agent I was in contact with.

We arrived at 730am and requested if we can check in earlier. We were told a code will be sent to my email by 4pm but it never came. So we went back to the front desk and informed them. A very rude receptionist told my husband, it’s sent by their system and just wait. We have waited for almost 8hrs already and this is totally unacceptable. To our disgust, we left and I reported to Expedia right away. Now the hotel is claiming code was sent. Again we never received it! We are demanding a refund.

This is not a hotel. It’s an apartment for rent. So lower your expectations in terms of on site help or availability. The property is managed through a company that only has local phones for contact information. Using the Expedia app to communicate with them is unreliable as they will claim not to receive messages on time or at all. Once booking is completed they will send you an email in French. Information regarding your access to the apartment and to request linen and towels is there in the email…in French. If you don’t speak French…you will be lost like I was when I showed up to the property. Linens and towels will cost you extra $$$. You also have to bring your own soap and toilet paper as they won’t supply it to you or offer to sell you these items either. Good luck!

Fuyez ce logement

Je déconseille vivement ce logement !! Tout d’abord ne vous faites pas avoir comme moi, ce n’est pas un hôtel, mais un appartement insalubre qui est loué comme si c’était un hôtel Tout est sale et rien est prévu pour votre séjour Et SURTOUT il y a des PUNAISES DE LIT dans ce logement ! Vraiment fuyez le ! C’est inadmissible qu’il soit encore proposé !

Sejour satisfaisant. Meme si le logement est vieillot le couchage est confortable. Il y a le strict minimum, un grille pain et une cafetiere. Il n y avait pas de chauffage collectif donc un radiateur m a ete amené dans l heure . Il est indiqué logement non fumeur mais je pense que certains locataires n ont pas tenu compte de la directive. Toutes mes affaires sentent!

INADMISSIBLE

Nous avons réservé un duplex dans cet établissement, plus précisément l'appartement 303 et à notre arrivés nous avons été très surpris de constater que les photos que le site nous proposais et ce que nous avions devant les yeux n'avait absolument rien à voir ! Le site nous proposait une cuisine équipée, nous n'avons rien eu de tout ca , mais nous avons eu parcontre un appartement degueulasse dans un état critique et pitoyable ! Une canne pour volet sans volet c'est sur que c'est d'une très grande utilité ! Des couettes manquantes et biensur nous avions réservé 3 chambres et nous n'en avions que 2 ! Pas de produit ménager, pas d'éponge pour faire la vaisselle, biensur tout ceci ne nous à pas été communiqué ! Nous avons été obligé d'acheter des verres car ceux qu'il y avait dans les placard étaient tous fissurés ! C'est de l'arnaque, de l'escroquerie et de la publicité mensongère ! Ah oui et je rajoute que vous payerez 45 balles de nettoyages comprit dans le prix pour découvrir à votre arrivée un appartement pas sale mais extrêmement dégueulasse !

PITOYABLE pour un séjour professionnel! Réservé la veille, mail le jour meme pour confirmer l'identité et les coordonnées bancaires alors que le payement fut fait en amont. Confirmation à 21heures du code d'entrée... et surprise pas de draps et de serviettes, et savon,... Vu l'état de l'appartement, le clic clac, le camping reste mieux approprié!

Entre hôtel et location

idéal lorsque le séjour est inférieur à une semaine. C'est un bon compromis! les avantages de l'hôtel et l'autonomie en plus, de pouvoir manger dans le studio si le cœur nous en dit.

We would definately go back!

After reading the previous reviews we were concerned about booking this hotel. But please don't make the same mistake. The staff were excellent, we spoke very little french but they were really helpfull and made a great effort to speak to us in English. The food in the resturant was excellent, best steaks and pasta, and very reasonably priced. The house wine was very nice! There was ample underground parking, so no defrosting cars in the morning. The bed linen was spotless, crisp and white with lovely duvets and pillows. All in all, although the decor is a little tired in places, it really exceeded our expectations. We would definately go back!
