Hotel had terrible access road as we were driving, and parking was not available and had to park at govt issued parking on the road side. "Very nice modern hotel in a reasonably good location. Walkable to Imago Mall and a few dining options nearby including one up the spiral stair case in lobby (unfortunately the staff didnt tell us about this, so we found it after dinner, but still enjoyed a cocktail and dessert there after we found it ourselves). Rooms are modern and comfortable. Only downside is the road noise as we were on the road side of hotel, which overlooks a major highway and the sound proofing is minimal. "

A bit weird, since it is on the 7th floor of the Sabah Mall, but separate lifts (one lift for rooms, another for mall) eased my mind.
