I stayed here for one night as I was transiting through Kota Kinabalu. The hotel kindly offer a free airport pick-up. Lovely staff, clean room, and good quality gym and pool facilities. The breakfast was pleasant.

Perfect location for the airport

We only stayed briefly between connecting flights and booked into two rooms. The staff at reception were absolutely first rate making us very welcome and the rooms were both spotless. We didn’t eat due to our brief staff so cannot comment on the food at the restaurant. The hotel is the perfect choice for quick access to the airport at Koh a Kinabalu which is a cheap taxi ride away.

Really great for the location😃

Rooms where a delight, clean and comfy, quiet too! Great bathroom! Super parking, cost 5 Myr pr day, but really great deal. Staff are super friendly. Hotel are near many food options. Located shoulder to shoulder to a shopping mall! Convenient shops like 7/11 and others are JUST outside the etrance! Barber shops too! My needs where fullfilled! Even the busy elevators where quick, there are 3 elevators opperating, so no waiting there too! Really good for the price!

The bathroom was dirty and tiles were broken. There was no soap provided. I went to the pool and asked for a towel and was told to go back to my room to get my room towel because housekeeping doesn’t provide pool towels. I did NOT as I was already wet! I insisted to be provided with a towel. I may add I wish I had not gone in the pool as it was disgusting … there was brown dirt floating in it. As soon as I saw that I got out. The front desk and restaurant staff were the best part of this hotel.

The property needs an update - the carpet and rooms are all very tired and so are the bathrooms I would not book this again this was only booked due to proximity of the airport - they offered a shuttle to the hotel but the driver came late and we had get a taxi to the hotel

Bad room in bad condition

Arrived and slow check in. Given room with AC that wouldn't get cool, tv got no stations, and shower was broken! Moved me to a room but after 9 pm and I had 5 am flight the next day. Second room much better, but carpet dingy and everything well worn. Not up to standards of a 4* hotel. Disappointed and will not return.

Buffet breakfast disappointing (no eggs!) but lunch and dinner ala carte menu are good and reasonably priced. There are few restaurants within walking distance so it is good that hotel restaurant is okay. Major frustration with room safe. It was rusted and unused. They replaced it but the second one would not work (electronics were bad). I gave up.

空港から近く深夜便で到着予定だったので、シャトルバスのサービスがあるこのホテルを選びました。エクスペディアのメッセージを使って到着時刻等についてのやりとりをして安心していたのですが、ホテルのシャトルバスが所定の場所に到着しておらずとても困りました。 スタッフさんへ到着後、バスのトラベルについて話をすると、チェックアウト後の市内までの送迎を無料で行ってくださりとても助かりました。 モデルは綺麗でビュフェもたくさん種類がありました。 プールも綺麗で子どもたちはとても満足していました。
