"Great location close to restaurants and the Cottonwood mall, where we parked to attend the balloon fiesta. Beautiful views, it is on a golf course so you need to take that into account as they have signs park at your own risk. We didnt have any problems."

Large Home for Entire Family /Memory Foam Beds, TV
8/10 Good
"Overall this is a very nice, large home for a comfortable, convenient stay in Rio Rancho. The host was great about sending the check-in instructions. I had to ask for check-out instructions as I couldn't find any posted, but check-out was also easy. The beds were very comfortable (although extremely high, so careful if you have little ones who may be prone to falling out of bed - it's a long way down). It wasn't quite as clean as I would prefer, but I'm a little OCD about those things.Overall, nice play to stay for a family vacation."
