The property seemed ok, the room was clean when we arrived. No maid service unless your stay is longer than seven days. They will replace the towels if you bring them to the front desk . The last night of our stay they had no hot water, when I went to the front desk to tell them about, they told the reason that the Boiler went out. They said they could not transfer us to another room or comp the room for that night because we booked the room through Expedia. That we would have to get ahold of them to be compensated for the room for that night. The front desk did not work with us in anyway
