"We had a lovely stay. Unfortunately our TV did not work but the reception staff member upgraded us to a suite and we had a lovely stay . The staff were very lovely at the bar and reception and worked really hard . Thank you . You were appreciated by us. "
"Location at the Marina is literally on restaurants and bars and great access to the beach and promenade to Seaton Carew. That same proximity to bars also means there is music and people noise until late evening, particularly at weekends. That said, there are no nightclubs so the music does stop at 11pm.Views of the harbour entrance to sea and the marina itself are really nice. The apartment is nicely equipped and comfortable for 2 couples. Double beds or both bedrooms can be set up as twins.Kitchen is okay for a holiday stay and washing machine, drier plus additional freezer were much appreciated.I would stay again for use as my base whilst visiting local family. The drawers were short on cutlery and I found a dirty frying pan in the cupboard. General cleanliness was not quite as expected, perhaps a rushed turnaround to blame because the overall condition of the equipment and furnishings is good. Except for 1 dining chair found with a damaged back and the tv controls have a problem making operation nearly impossible. "
"The house is located very near the town centre. The house has many original features. It has high ceilings and large windows. It is a late victorian 3 storey terraced house and a previously desirable area. The house has been an HMO. There is no free parking nearby. One or two showers were adequate and the hot water lasted long enough for us to shower. Several lights were not working. The house could do with a refresh and a deep clean. And reequipping with utensils and equipement. It served our needs for the limited time we were there."
"Nice views of harbour from front windows. House had a musty smell and was showing its age. Bit of water damage one the ceiling of one of the bedrooms was a bit off putting. Owner was helpful with questions. "
"Great for a quick trip from London to Hartlepool.
Bed was comfy.
Loo was a little noisy but l sleep with ear buds and eye patch.
Green safety light for others could be an issue above the door but not for myself.
Ill stay again
