We could booked another place. It is not refundable, so do your research before booking or best to check the place out before booking. The place is not that clean. We would not go there again."

"I booked a double room with window, but they gave a single without window. Called and no one reply! The towel and the blanket are dirty and smelly, even the maid took my own towel and I CANNOT find them to get it back, called and messaged and no reply!!! I don’t understand how they operate. Very crazy hotel! "
