"We were expecting this hotel to be great after looking at the website and other reviews, but we were absolutely blown away. It is an absolute gem with stunning panoramic views and 5* customer service. All staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The food was delicious and rooms were perfect. There was a really calm, relaxing feel to the place due to the small number of rooms and attention to detail. Really can’t think of anything to fault. The local village of Sant Agata was charming and an easy walk down the hill to visit the shops, bars and restaurants. Regular bus service to Sorrento. We would recommend staying here to anyone and hope to be lucky enough to come back one day."

"Grand Hermitage Hotel was the definitely the perfect choice for us. The hotel decor is a bit dated as you can clearly see in the photos but the rooms are kept pretty clean and the view from the room was outstanding. I would choose this hotel for that view over and over again.
