"We were only there at night, so cannot comment on the grounds. The floor in our first floor room was literally falling apart. Shouting, sticky, and dirty, I don’t know how you would clean the floor due to its poor condition. The shower was tiny and uncomfortable. They did not even give us a plastic drinking cup."

"Staff were great. Breakfast was decent. But I was extremely disappointed because I scoured the Bay Area for a hotel with 2 queen beds, which is what this promised to be, but the beds were absolutely NOT queen beds, but were full beds like all the others in the area. There were 4 of us in the smallest room ever (think cruise ship) and we all had to squeeze into 2 full sized beds. My son is 6’7” and I’m 6’2”. Thankfully, the other 2 family members are slightly smaller. I just ask for honesty and transparency. Don’t sell me a lie. As a side note, the wall air conditioning unit is super loud, the toilet runs nonstop, and there are no screens or window locks on any of the 3 (yes, 3) layers of windows. Our room was on the 3rd floor. Very unsettling for a family."

"It was not as advertised online. The grounds were unkept, there was trash on the sidewalks entering the building. The check in girl was friendly. There were sketchy looking vehicles and people in the front parking. It was very quickly obvious that it was not somewhere that we wanted to stay. It did not feel safe or clean. Again, falsely advertised. After checking in, we drove away without even entering the room. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. "

"Yes but it would be nice to have some bacon or breakfast meat besides eggs what they have is a continental breakfast not breakfast. Room noisy area above me someone stomping & running hard, with rip in carpet, my other stay there two other times was very nice"

"I always stay at this hotel during my visit to Oakland. The facility is always clean, the staff is always so helpful, and there is plenty of free parking."
