A sofa bed in the living area completes the sleeping arrangements for up to 5 guests. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen (oven, hob, coffee machine, kettle, toaster), washing machine, air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and free WiFi. The bathroom offers a shower, towels, and slippers.

The location is exceptional: within a few minutes' walk you'll find several charming restaurants as well as Les Sablettes and Fossan beaches. Menton-Garavan train station is about 1.5 km away.

Please note: only the ground-floor bedroom can be closed off with a door; the bed on the mezzanine level is open to the living area below. The old town is also car-free, and the apartment can only be reached via steep, cobbled paths and stairs – making it less suitable for families with young children or guests with limited mobility. Free public parking is available nearby; private parking is not provided.
