On the fifth floor (with lift) of an elegant residence, with panoramic sea views, this sunny apartment in the heart of Menton is a wonderful holiday option. The apartment which sleeps 4 people is on the seafront, the famous Promenade du Soleil, and just 1 minute from the beach. It is ideal for friends or family who want a relaxing holiday in this charming resort.
The open-plan living space is on the corner of the building so is full of light thanks to two glass doors that open onto an elegant balcony that wraps around the building. The front part of the balcony looks directly out over the sparkling Mediterranean. Furnished with a café-style table and chairs it is the perfect spot for an aperitif or cup of coffee. To the side of the building, the balcony has a dining table and chairs, for meals al fresco.
Indoors, the living room is furnished with a sofa, armchair and a satellite TV, as well as a unique dining table and chairs. The kitchen is well equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and fridge/freezer. A glass door leads directly to the balcony.
The residence has lovely indoor and outdoor shared swimming pools. Guests can relax on sun loungers on the terrace after a refreshing dip. Next to the pool guests will find a sauna, changing rooms and showers.
Sleeping Bedroom 1: The master bedroom, with a door onto the balcony, has a double bed and an en suite bathroom Bedroom 2: The second bedroom has two single beds and a wardrobe. This room also opens onto the balcony. Crib available on request (to avoid choking risks we do not provide sheets or pillows for the crib).
Bathroom The ensuite marble bathroom is equipped with a full bath with shower, basin, bidet and WC. The second bathroom has a bath with shower, sink and bidet. The service toilet is located by the entrance.

Location Menton has been a popular holiday destination for over a century, and with good reason. It is known for its temperate climate, exotic gardens, beautiful beaches and the Medieval Old Town. The long beach in front of the apartment stretches up to the Plage de Fossan (6 minutes walk) which is popular with families thanks to the park and children’s playground nearby.
All the amenities that guests will need are within a 5-minute walk of the apartment; restaurants, bars, supermarket and bakery. For the best local produce, head to the covered market, Le Marché des Halles, on Quai de Monleon (6-minute walk). Every day of the week you can find the finest regional food including cheese, fish, charcuterie etc.
The apartment is just a 10-minute walk from the Old Town with its narrow cobbled streets and historic architecture. The Baroque Basilica of St Michel towers over the buildings which slope down to the Old Port (15-minute walk). Here you will find some of the world’s most expensive yachts.
Nice airport is just 40 minutes away. Alternatively, Menton railway station is a 5-minute drive.
