After a day of discovery, from the Japanese garden to a quiet moment on Larvotto beach, and before heading off to the Casino, take the path linking the coast and the residence to your flat, where you'll find all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay: a bright living room, a dining area, a modern, fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large balcony with outdoor furniture and access to a shared swimming pool on the roof of the residence. Bed linen and towels provided.

Located on the 5th floor with lift, the flat is as follows:

Day area:
- A very bright living room furnished with a corner sofa, a coffee table, a flat-screen TV as well as direct access to the balcony! You'll also have access to Netflix and Prime Video.
- A modern kitchen, open to the living area, with a raised central island with a work surface area and a dining area with 4 seats. The kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, wine glasses, champagne glasses...

Sleeping area:
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed with mattress topper (160 cm x 200 cm), TV, Apple TV, wardrobe and access to balcony.
- Bedroom 2: double sofa bed with mattress topper, chair, desk with 32-inch computer screen and cot.
- Two shower rooms. A washing machine and hairdryer are also available.
- Two WCs.

Exterior:
- A large 20 m² balcony facing south-east with a splendid view over the bay of Monaco and the surrounding hills! It is furnished with garden furniture and an outdoor table and chairs for enjoying lunch while admiring the panorama!
- A swimming pool shared with the other residents of the building is available on the roof of the building, accessible by lift. Parents are entirely responsible for their children's swimming.

Neighbourhood :
This quiet, pleasant residence is ideally located in Beausoleil, just a stone's throw from the beach and has a staircase leading directly down to Monaco. You'll be close to all amenities: bakery, butcher's shop, mini-market, boutiques, wine shops, restaurants, bars, etc.
