Très fonctionnel
Appartement propre à l'arrivée. Bien situé. Nécessaire suffisant pour cuisiner. Accès à l'immeuble par un grand escalier puis ascenseur. Literie correcte. Bonne organisation pour la remise des clés. Point noir : pas de parking et très peu de places pour stationner aux alentours.

Studio, car le lit rabattable est situé dans la pièce principale.
Mais il ne manque de rien
Suite à une demande bien précise, concernant un parking dans la résidence, nous avons eu une réponse positive. A l’arrivée, pas de parking, seul un parking public à 1 km à 100 euros la semaine.

LE NÉGATIF : Il n’y a pas 1 chambre( faux)c’est un lit armoire dans la pièce principale. elle serait largement bonne à rafraîchir car vieillotte. Canapé inconfortable, vieux. Toilettes sales, abattant abîmé. Pomme douche à changer.
Détecteur fumée sans piles!!! Chaîne hi-fi fonctionne pas.Pas de torchon.
1 rouleau papier Wc pour 2 pour 6 jours et pas de gel douche fourni!!! Honteux.
LE POSITIF : Ascenseur. Proximité Mer et commerces.
Lave linge. Cuisine bien équipée dommage pas de hotte.

tussen gemiddeld en slecht
De prijs is laag, luxe verwachtten wij dan ook niet, maar essentiele zaken moeten er zijn en daar ontbrak het hier en daar aan. Douche was zwaar beschimmeld. Heb ik met bleekwater moeten ontschimmelen.
Vloer app. vies, ook moeten schoonm. Er was geen normaal beddengoed, hebben we moeten kopen. Het app.ment ligt midden in het centrum van Menton. De hal en gangen worden goed schoongehouden en er is een concierge. Dit is een pluspunt.

Résidence Sympa.
Résidence calme, sympa. A 2 pas de la mer.et assez proche de la vielle ville. Il y a tout le nécessaire mais la déco de la pièce principale est un peu vétuste. Les points faibles: pas de hotte aspirante.et surtout pas de wifi.

Assez bruyant
En centre ville pratique pour les courses mais bruyant le passage des camions pour la collecte des ordures ménagères la nuit ainsi que le nettoyage des rue, peut-être lié à l’affluence du mois d’Aout. L’armoire lit un peut lourd à pivoter.
