The Pavilion consists of a total living area of approximately 50 m2. It is located in the city center, close to all shops, 120 meters from the sea and 60 meters from the Corso des Fruits d'Or (Fête des Citrons). It has a courtyard where you can spend pleasant moments but also park your car
The accommodation consists of 3 main rooms (living room-kitchen and 2 bedrooms), and a bathroom with WC, namely:
A living room with a table with 4 chairs, a sideboard with TV and a sofa bed.
A fitted kitchen with cupboards, as well as all the appliances including washing machine and dishwasher.
Two bedrooms respectively comprising a 140 bed with a wardrobe each.
A bathroom with WC.

Très bon séjour
Petite maison très bien située en centre ville et près de la plage. Propriétaire très sympa avec présence de son père comme voisin sympa qui peut dépanner en cas de besoin. Nous avons apprécié à la fois le logement et le cadre cadre Menton est très agréable et il y a des quantités de choses à faire dans l'arrière pays.

Réception chaleureuse par Marc, le propriétaire, dans un logement propre et vaste, muni de tout le confort pour un séjour agréable (literie très confortable, ustensile de cuisine en nombre et de qualité). La cour intérieure est un plus pour garer sa voiture. Uniquement la salle de douche/WC est trop petite. Totalement satisfait de notre séjour.

Propriétaire adorable, charmante maison près de tout bien équipée et petite cour très appréciable.
Très bon séjour bien que le beau temps n'ait pas été au rendez-vous. Maison bien agencée, au calme et près du centre ville, proche plage et commerces. Propriétaire charmant et très à l'écoute. Très bonne adresse. J'y retournerai.
