Very clean rooms with a perfect view. Bathroom is excellent with a true and good shower (No bathtub/shower). The room itself may need a little refresh as, although clean, is a little tired. Furniture, doors and deco are old and have seen better days. Servi-bar is full with soft drinks and few snacks. Doble windows insure good noise and temp insulation. AC is again, a little tired and old.
Exceptional balcony view. Palm trees give it an exotic feel.

The hotel was conveniently situated opposite a small beach that was pleasant and uncrowded. It is within easy walking distance to many restaurants and the centre of Menton. The breakfast was good and varied and the restaurant in the evening was far better and reasonably priced than other restaurants in the area.

My stay at Hôtel Le Dauphin was excellent. Really friendly staff and they went out of their way to help. Hotel was very clean, very comfortable beds, great walkable neighborhood, no more than a 15 minute walk from two nearby train stations which will take you to Monaco, Nice, or Ventimiglia. Highly recommend this hotel!

Stay here!

Amazing stay! At first site, we were not overly impressed as the building is a bit dated. However, we could not have been more happy with the room, setting and service. From Sylvia at the front desk, to Aleks at the restaurant, this was the best service we experienced in the French Riviera. Especially since we speak no French. This staff was beyond welcoming. You will not be disappointed staying here. The value is incredible.
