This room has a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 people in addition to the 4 people with bedrooms of 22 and 25m2.
At the back of the room, a door leads to an airlock with a chest of drawers, leading you to the en-suite bathroom on the one hand, and to the spacious 1st bedroom on the other. The large bedroom has a 160cm bed and a large sofa for you to relax or read in peace. There is a very large closet for the whole family's belongings! There is also a water point in this room.
Adjoining the living room, the 2nd bedroom, also with a 160 bed and a desk.

Everything has been renovated.
The accommodation is located on the ground floor. The street is quiet (one-way street). The windows are frosted glass, double glazing. There is an electric shutter. You won't hear any neighbours.

A small supermarket, a cellar, a large bakery-pastry shop, a newsagent and other shops: less than 100m.
The city centre is within walking distance: In less than 15 minutes you arrive at the bus station and in less than 20 at the SNCF station, Jardin Biovès. The Casino and the beaches are 3 minutes away. In case of rain (rare!! :) or if you are not interested in an aperitif or digestive walk: 3 bus lines are 50m away and drop you off at the bus and SNCF stations, the old centre, the Italian border, the beaches...

Free provision of a blue disc allowing parking in the district and in some others in the city for free for 3 hours from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. (possibility to spin the disc every 3 hours)
Recycling terminal at 30m (packaging and glass)
Household waste every evening (take them out between 6 p.m. and 7 p.m.).
Possibility of providing a travel cot or a pram for newborns. (or other childcare equipment: send me a message in advance.)

3 bus lines (1, 4 and 15) at the foot of the studio will drop you off everywhere. (Gym stop)

The bus/SNCF stations take you everywhere: Monaco, Nice, Vintimmille, San Remo ...

Walk in about twenty minutes from the centre.
