Amazing holiday! Could not fault anything. We only stayed for 4 nights but we left so relaxed. We didn’t think about our real life at all - it was a complete break. We hope to come back on day.

Extremely spacious and comfortable apartment. Very convenient location across the road from the marina and island ferries. Small pool and no outlook for us on the ground floor but it was marvellous to have a large apartment with fully equipped kitchen and washing machine and dryer while we sat out Cyclone Keni. Would stay here again for 2-3 days on way out or back from an island. Staff were wonderful.

I arrived for check-in by booking through Wotif, but the hotel was not officially open until the next day. The Duty Manager arranged a room for me despite that confusion and i was treated like a Prince. I was the single and sole occupant of the hotel and all the staff treated me like family. This Sofitel is a beautiful, first class hotel , amazing friendly efficient staff and beautiful gardens and surrounds . My greatest compliments to the management and staff

Proximity to Nadi Airport was perfect with complementary transfers to and from the airport. It was quiet, dining was great and it was reasonably priced.

Stayed for 5 nights in late October and have nothing but praise for the staff and the facility. We stayed in one of the 2-bedroom lagoon villas on Thompson Island which, I understand, are all privately owned. These villas had their own pool area which was very quiet & secluded. The bedrooms have air-conditioning & fans - the living space just has a ceiling fan - can be a bit warm if there's not much of a breeze. As a group of 5 females we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were excellent - friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to supply us with an extra bed so no one had to share. The 3 bedroomed apartment suited us perfectly. Plenty of space and had everything we needed.

Absolutely amazing place beautiful pool & the hotel was right on the beach

The fact that you can use the facilities of all 3 hotels makes the stay even more enjoyable. We enjoyed breakfast at the Westin and the Villas. Meals are not cheap here so can mix it up with a few meals at the golf club opposite, or try Chicken Express at the Marina or in Nadi. Transport into Nadi is only $1 on the yellow buses. Night stay for early morning flight.

Fabulous time on Serenity Island Resort. Everything was perfect. The staff were all exceptional and did all they could to make our stay memorable. Probably shouldn't single out one person, but Sammy was fantastic...he really put his heart and soul into making us feel welcome. We loved the singing by the staff. Can't wait to return!

Our family of 5 stayed in the 2 bedroom villa. It was very spacious and clean. The highlight was the clean swimming pool and very friendly staff who catered to all our needs. The restaurant was also very accomodating and food was delicious. Bathroom is a bit outdated but serves it's purpose. We will definitely be back next time we visit beautiful Fiji!

The staff at this place are perhaps the most attentive I have ever encountered. Not only will they greet you with a friendly local "Bula" (Hello) but within a day or so almost every one of them will know your name and some of your preferences. The food & beverage is unsurpassed.
