"About the only positive thing I can say for this property is that it was quiet. Also the young lady at the reception desk when we checked out, listened, was sympathetic and very polite. Otherwise the negative points to this property overshadowed every thing else. The property was supposed to have Wi-Fi, and after checking in, there was NO Wi-Fi in our room, we returned to reception and inquired, their response was “well sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t”. "Reception staff really friendly. I was pleased to be able to check in a little early as I was exhausted after an early morning flight. My room was facing onto the atrium which was a little disappointing but for a two night stay it wasn't something I was bothered about. The choice for breakfast was brilliant but it was extremely busy at 9.30 Sunday morning. It was a different story at 6.30am Monday and much more relaxed. I ate dinner at the hotel Sunday night and the food was delicious and the service brilliant. I made use of the relaxation area on my first evening and enjoyed the jacuzzi with city views. Overall, very pleased. "
