"New and clean one bedder unit idealy located close to a variety of restaurants and bars. Could not get a better location. But be warned extensive civil works going on very nearby which will interfer greatly with getting around and google maps directions. These works are not the fault of this accomodation and should not detract from the unit itself, but must be mentioned. These construction works are meant to continue for up to two more years."

"Great 1 bedroom apartment in perfect location opposite a park, walking distance to Canberra's shops and restaurants. Key access was via 2 four digit key locks inside a low down letterbox, which proved to be very tricky on checking in and out of property. Property was clean, tidy and comfortable (although there was quite a bit of mould on bathroom tiles). We had repairs required (leaking kitchen sink and bent curtain pole preventing balcony access) but the owner came and repaired 2 days later...."
