Front line apartment

This contemporary 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment is located in Cantal Homes a new private residential complex located on the coast of Mojácar Playa, on the beachfront just two minutes from the Paseo Marítimo.
Access to the property is via a landscaped pathway and on entering the hallway opens into a light and spacious lounge dining room with l-shaped sofa and dining table seating 4 people. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes oven, hob, microwave, coffee maker, fridge freezer and washing machine.
The master bedroom has a double bed, built in wardrobe and access to the terrace. The second bedroom has twin single beds and also offers a built in wardrobe.
There are two full bathrooms one has a bath with shower over, was basin and WC and the other is en-suite which has a walk in shower, wash basin and WC.
The terrace is excellent and provides a great space to relax with sunbeds and furniture for alfesco dining. It also overlooks the beautiful and large swimming pool with grass and planting around.
This apartment not only comes complete with Sonos speakers and central air conditioning but is located only a few minutes walk from Playa de las Ventanicas undoubtedly the best section of beach in Mojacar. A beautiful apartment to relax and enjoy everythign Mojacar has to offer.

Exactamente como en el anuncio, muy limpio, cocina completa con todo lo necesario. Urbanización nueva, muy cuidada y limpia. Cómo sugerencia, propondría dos juegos de llaves al ser cuatro personas solo uno condiciona mucho para entrar y salir independientemente. Muy recomendable.
