It is very conveniently located in downtown Hamilton, close to city hall, td coliseum, the Hamilton farmers market etc. the staff were lovely, our room was clean and beautiful. Parking was easy and inexpensive. The best part was the continental breakfast, nobody does it better than homewood suites and this was the best we have ever had, excellent job!! "

"This is a college residence. We were a bit apprehensive, but it was a great value and check-in was easy Cheap, clean and nice to have 2 separate bedrooms. Small TVs in each room. Full size fridge, microwave kitchen sink and counter. Bring your own dishes, no stove."

"Tons of things to do, and places to visit nearby! Many stores are within walking location, if not less than 10 minutes away from the property. The room we stayed in was absolutely perfect, clean, spacious, and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and filling as well. "

"It was in a great location. Lots of parking. Easy check in. Great hotel. We had a very eatly morning flight so didnt have a chance to check out the complimentsry breakfast so can comment on that. We only stayed 1 night for a concert but if i ever stay in Hamilton again I would definetly stay here. "

Young lad who dies maintenance assisted us to the garage, offered to carry our luggage. Hotel is clean and updated. Had beautiful Christmas decorations. Will definitely stay there again"

"Kitchen was great. Very clean. Everyone in the hospital was respectful of one another. I didn't bring my pet but something tells me she probably would have been welcome. The staff, the staff was great the owners are great. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to stay in a nice clean quiet place that is inexpensive and yet very Central and possesses all the amenities one could want. "I was here for 6 nights, as I was in Hamilton for the Juno Awards. The thing I didn't like was that we had to phone the hotel to let us inside the front door, as it was locked at ALL TIMES. Sometimes, there will be someone at the front counter and they would see us and let us in. The room was ok. Nice and comfortable bed and good Wi-Fi. They had NO towels, and they take a while to give you towels. Plus, my toilet doesn't work properly sometimes. It needs to be fully repaired. There was NO maid...

"While the room was clean and comfortable many of the things I was looking for when I made my selection, were either not available or exaggerated. As a disabled person the rooms are not completely accessible, the bathroom is small with only one grab bar in the tub that is not easy to reach being behind/beside the toilet.
