Apartment with Wifi a few steps from the beach

The apartment is located inside a building for residential use. It consists of 2 bedrooms both with private bathroom, fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and heating, ceiling fan. Kitchen living room (oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and cooking utensils). The living room has a flat Smart TV, there is free wifi in all the house. Coquettish terrace with dining table for 4 people, washing machine and incredible views of the mogán beach area. The house has a private solarium (with gas barbecue, solar shower, awning, hammocks and dining table) located in the attic of the building accessible only by stairs.
Wonderful location in a charming environment like Mogán and with the best climate in the world. The area of ​​Mogán has everything you need for an excellent vacation. (Sun, beach, tranquility and at the same time ... restaurants, shops, pharmacy, bus stop and taxi, supermarket spar just below the building). The municipality of Mogan and Puerto Rico that are next to each other are undoubtedly the most sought after municipalities of Gran Canaria because among them are the best beaches on the island (Playa de Amadores, Tauro Beach, Puerto Rico Beach, Playa del Puerto cure, mogan beach.
We collect a security deposit of € 100
(we accept currencies) in cash on arrival, refundable on the day of departure after inspection of the perfect condition of the apartment and compliance with the rules.
