Walking back uphill to the hotel may not be for everyone but there are plenty of taxis available. The 2 boys that were the animation team were excellent putting everyone in a good mood. The resort itself is quiet but you can walk to Amadeus & Puerto Rico if you want. I would have no hesitation in recommending this Hotel & we will certainly be back "

"Stayed here many times, the rooms are in need of a little sprucing up, but are more like mini apartments, most with mini kitchens and outside lounge area. Just a short walk from the Europa Centre, and a 40 minute transfer from the airport. All in all reasonably good for the price."

"So happy with our stay at Casa León Royal. Super great service, quiet and calm - exactly what we were looking for. The breakfast buffet was really good (only thing missing was a really great coffee). We had fab weather in February (25 degrees and not a cloud in the sky) with no wind whilst it was quite strong winds down by the ocean. If you're looking for a few calm days away on Gran Canaria, this is your place. "
