"Very courteous staff who spoke English and Portuguese. Comfortable beds with good AC. Decent exercise room and good snacks for purchase. "

"Terrible service, and is not clean! My bed sheets was ripped and the top sheet had blood stains, disgusting! You won't get any blanket, just one sheet to cover yourself, no comforter either. I want to cancel my stay and book another hotel, but refused. They sent someone to change the bed sheets. They really don't care, that was the treatment I got there. I would definitely NOT go back. Plenty options around that airport."

"External doors to balconies on Lowe level floors could not be locked, staff seemed lost to resolve, 3 rooms later it was resolved. People partying on balconies well past 3am in the morning. Extensive building work ongoing next door - avoid at all cost."

"Excellent all around , lovely room , comfortable rooom breakfast and courteous staff. Be mindful of the exact location and hotel name as there are 3 other Mercure hotels with a block of each other !! "

"This Hotel is clean, accomodating, comfortable, and a great place to relax, wash, and sleep. Some of the staff speak more languages than Portuguese, which was very helpful. Great breakfast each morning. Made sure I was comfortable without being intrusive. I hope I get to stay here again. Highly recommend."

"Good value and great location. Front desk accommodated my early check-in. On the downside, one of door locks was broken, in room safe battery low and did not work and hot water was very slow in coming for the first shower and non-existent the second morning before check out."
