"Very friendly reception by owner, Piero. Large comfortable room in private home on semi rural property a few kilometers outside Modica. Amazing breakfasts with local products and home made jams and cakes. Free security parking in front of building. Very nice lounge area with sofa and TV. Piero and Giussi (sp?) were always ready to give help and suggestions for the area."

"We had a good overall experience at this B&B. The place was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was great with a good variety, and parking was easy and convenient. Just a note—there’s no pool or tennis court on site.
