Beauty.....gone.....

Hello, I had just stayed in North Motel in Sacramento, CA and was disappointed in how run down this property was. The staff was friendly and kind but the stairs, pool and general maintenance such as regular painting had stopped a long time ago on this once beautiful property. Hopefully they'll invest and do the above and make the property more appealing.

Kinda smelly kinda dirty, staff is nice

Very dirty. The thing about a motel 6 is there are no frills and it’s cheap but some of them clean and some of them don’t and this one is the latter. It’s nice of a manager there to respond to all the reviews but perhaps that time would be better spent over in Amazon.com typing in “bulk bleach”

Terrible hotel!

The door to the room does not close properly, the remote control does not work, the television cannot be seen, only 2 towels with a horrible smell, and very dirty. The worst 100 dollars spent.

I just needed a place to take a break and sleep for a few hours during late night. The Motel fit our need pretty well. Of course, cannot compare to a star level hotel. There is no shampoo/conditioner, hair dryer. The blanket is too thin. I had to turn on heater which is noisy. Other than that, it was good stay. May stay again in the future.

We had to travel through construction area to get to hotel which was unmarked. The sink and shower had almost no water pressure. We could almost hear the spoken voices from the people upstairs. Most of the people staying there were servicing the truck drivers. I will never stay at a Motel 6 again!!!!

It was a cash deposit which caught me by surprise but ATMs are close by. It looks bad because of the construction but the rooms are clean and really nice, the staff is friendly and clear in their communications.

POOR SERVICE

There was only 2 towels inside the room for a family of 4. We told the employee can we have 2 towels for our kids and was charged $5 for the towels. I NEVER HEARD ANYTHING LIKE THAT. I WILL NEVER RETURN.

I didn’t like that the room light didn’t work - the shower pressure was as if the drain was clogged. It would shoot out water for 30 seconds and then it would stop shooting out water for 30 seconds. The water didn’t get hot.

The night person wasn’t very friendly the day time upon check out was super nice. The grounds felt creepy and murdery. The room itself was gross and didn’t feel clean at all. Chunks of wall missing, stains everywhere, it didn’t feel clean.
