This mini house had everything we needed for our visit to Arches and Canyonlands. A short drive to all the restaurants in Moab. All toiletries, soap and paper towels. We enjoyed breakfast at the table on the porch. Very clean! The king size bed was super comfortable.
Highly recommend this property!
The upstairs cubby/loft area was a hit with our daughter
We picked this place to give our daughter wind down time after hiking. The upstairs loft has a 4 ft clearance but our daughter loved having that space as her own. She watched tv and chilled after spending a day hiking with us. The units in our row #11 were well shaded so the house was comfortable for us even on a hotter day. As this is a pseudo tiny house I found the kitchen workable for its size and we used it for a few meals.
Great location!! Close to Sand Flats recreation area and downtown Moab. The homes are perfect for a couple or a small family with the loft being low ceiling for little kids. Well kept and just right for a neat tiny house experience. Just enough room to store two bikes, plus riding and hiking gear. Super sweet to have a fully functioning kitchen to make meals. The TV's get all the streaming services too so easy to stay entertained when the town shuts down.
The AC works very well as does wifi. Water pressure and quality are excellent. Furnishings are clean and work well. Onsite laundry was cool too.
Hosts are responsive and helpful. We forgot a wedding band when leaving and they found it and sent it back to us.
Such a fantastic find in Moab!
The property was beautiful. It was perfect for our stay in Moab. We would definitely recommend this place to other people. If we are ever in the area again we would stay here .
Great lil property on the far side of town!! 22 lil house all similar and well kept. Enjoyed delicious cookies upon arrival 😋 Digital code entry so no need to keep up w/ key. It had an outdoor charcoal grill but had to go get supplies ( we left our almost full bag of charcoal.) Could use a refresh on bed linens and pillows is my only suggestion.
The cottage was perfect for our stay in Moab. It was one of several together but was private with a feeling of community at the same time. It was clean and well furnished for our stay. With just the two of us we didn’t use the loft but would think that space would be best for children rather than adults due to the very low ceiling. I loved being able to sit on the porch in the morning with a cup of coffee and again in the evening after a day of activities in the Moab area with a glass of wine, a good book, and the beautiful bird songs and calls nearby. Sharon was so friendly and I was so grateful she let us know about timed entry to Arches Nat’l Park ahead of time. I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area.
This is a wonderful property. Very convenient to the Moab business district, Arches, Canyonlands, and Dead Horse Point Parks. Nicely appointed and very clean and comfortable. As there were only two of us, we did not use the upstairs, so can't comment on that space. Owner is easy to work with.
This tiny home is perfect for one to two adults and young children. It was very clean (make sure you tip the house cleaner!) and overall in great condition. The people visiting in the other homes were quiet, so it was a peaceful stay. The surrounding neighborhood appeared to be an older part of town, but I did not experience any issues. Would definitely stay there again!!
Very clean, minimally equipped. This rental is for only two people at best. The upstairs loft is pretty small. No way can an adult be comfortable up there. The laundry being in another location is inconvenient. Probably more towels would also have been nice. Finally if you like a soft mattress and flat pillows ,then this is for you.
Lovely experience all around . Property owners came asap as air conditioning was not turned on prior to take care of it us.
Lovely, clean and welcoming…Yummy, delicious welcome cookies too🥰👍🏻
Had stayed in another unit that we thought was similar in Salt Lake the week prior, but this unit in Moab was great. Much bigger and better equipped than we expected. King size bed was great. Plenty of room in living area and kitchen. A great experience.
We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was very clean, comfortable, welcoming, quiet, & in a good location. We will definitely stay here again when in Moab!
This tiny house was a great base for our explorations of Canyonlands National Park and Arches National Park. It had all the amenities of home, and was very neat and tidy. 2 thumbs up!
We stayed a week, the location and setup with the tiny houses is great. Very cute and nice to have the outdoor space and direct access to the unit. It was very quiet and clean. The kitchen has everything you need. We really enjoyed our stay here .
