"Nous n’avons tout simplement pas pu accéder à l’hôtel. Nous avons appelé pour informer de notre arrivée dans la ville et demander des précisions sur l’emplacement, on nous a dit que personne ne parlait anglais et ils ont raccroché. Deuxième appel cette fois ci avec un chinois, réponse : il n’y a pas de réservation sans même nous demander notre nom. Troisi ème appel, pas de réponse. Nous avons du repartir de la ville car le seul hôtel que nous avons réussi à trouver était excessivement cher. Merci...

"Enjoyed our stay, lovely grounds, super helpful staff that had great English speaking and were always on hand to help. The free private shuttle by the hotel was very helpful in getting us to and from the Great Wall the breakfast was great a good mix of eastern and western food!"
